What You Need to Know BEFORE You Register:

1. You can only register for your family unit. One Bless 'n Go Box for each family unit.
2. You cannot register another family member in the same household. Registering for more than one family will automatically cancel your family's Bless 'n Go Box.
3. You cannot register for a group or group home. Please contact us for more information on how you can participate.
4. You will be required to show ID, which must match the name and address listed on the registration form. Bring your electronic or hard copy registration confirmation email with you.
5. Upon arrival stay in your vehicle. This is a drive-thru process. Walk-ups are prohibited. If you do not have a vehicle contact us for more information on how you can participate.
6. Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10am - 12pm is the only day of the Bless 'n Go Campaign.
